Refund and Cancellation Policy

Noor e Quran Academy does not lock families into a long, fixed-term contract on our monthly plans. You can cancel your lessons at any time. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the free trial, monthly plans, and our discounted 6-month and yearly plans.

Every new student gets one free trial lesson with no card required and no obligation to continue. If Noor e Quran Academy is not the right fit after your trial, simply do not book a paid plan. Nothing will be charged, and there is nothing to cancel.

Our monthly plans, from $60 a month for 2 classes a week up to $120 a month for 5 classes a week, renew monthly with no minimum term. To cancel, contact us before your next billing date. We will stop future payments and lessons from that date.

Fees you have already paid cover the lessons scheduled in the current billing period and are not refunded. No further payment is taken once your cancellation is confirmed.

Our 6-month plans save 7% and our yearly plans save 10% compared with the monthly rate, in exchange for paying upfront. If your circumstances change and you need to cancel partway through, contact us to talk it through.

Where it is reasonable, for example because of illness, relocation, or another real change in circumstances, we will consider a fair refund of the unused portion of your plan. We subtract the lessons already taken, priced at the standard monthly rate and not the discounted rate. We review each request case by case, promptly and fairly.

If you know you will miss a lesson, tell us as early as you can by WhatsApp on +1 000 000 0000 and we will offer to reschedule where possible. If a teacher cannot attend a scheduled lesson, we will always offer a replacement lesson at a time that suits you, at no extra cost.

This policy does not take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. If a law gives you a right to cancel or to a refund that is more generous than this policy, that right applies.
