Quran Memorization (Hifz) Course
Memorizing the Quran depends on what you do every day, not only on the lesson itself. Our Hifz course builds that daily habit with the classic sabaq, sabqi, and manzil system, guided one to one by a qualified hafiz who tracks your progress and keeps you on schedule.

How the Hifz Course Works
This is the same sabaq, sabqi, and manzil structure used by traditional Hifz programs, adapted for one to one online lessons.
Sabaq, the New Lesson
The new portion you memorize each session, kept short enough to stick instead of rushed to hit a target.
Sabqi, Recent Revision
A daily review of roughly the last week of sabaq, so new verses are still fresh when the next portion is added.
Manzil, Long Term Revision
An older portion revised on rotation, so what you memorized months ago stays as strong as what you learned yesterday.
Building Toward Completion
These three layers repeat every session, slowly building toward the full Quran without older memorization quietly fading.
Memorizing the full Quran usually takes two to four years, depending on age, Arabic reading ability, and how many sessions a week you commit to. Children often finish sooner than adults with busy schedules, and either pace is fine.
Three Ways to Approach Hifz
Memorizing the Quran is not all or nothing. Your teacher builds a plan around what you want to achieve.
Juz Amma Only
The 30th and final section of the Quran, the most common starting point for children and adults alike.
Selected Surahs
A focused set of surahs you want memorized, such as the ones used most often in daily prayer.
The Full Quran
The complete Hifz path: all 30 juz, memorized through steady daily sabaq and lifelong revision.
Who This Course Is For

Learn moreFrequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to memorize the whole Quran?
Most students take two to four years. It depends on age, existing Arabic reading ability, and how many sessions a week you commit to. There is no single right pace.
What are sabaq, sabqi, and manzil?
Sabaq is the new portion you memorize, sabqi is recent revision from the past week or so, and manzil is long term revision of older portions. All three run together so nothing fades.
Do I need to read Arabic fluently before starting Hifz?
Yes, reasonably fluent reading is needed first, because memorizing depends on reading accurately without sounding out every letter. Our Noorani Qaida and Tajweed courses build that.
Can my child memorize alongside school and sports?
Many students do. Sessions are short and live, and you can pick times in your own time zone. Daily practice at home matters more than long sessions, so a steady routine around school works best.
What if I forget something I already memorized?
That is what the manzil cycle is for. Forgetting is normal, and steady revision keeps older portions strong.
Is Hifz suitable for adults, or only children?
Adults can absolutely memorize the Quran. It often takes a little longer around work and family, but many of our Hifz students are adults.
